Refund Policy for Retreat
Cancellation by Participant:
When signing up and booking a spot on ‘Himalayan Soul Retreat’ one must pay the sign up fee of 500€.
If the participant cancels their booking they will not receive a refund of their sign up fee.If a participant needs to cancel their booking for any reason, the following refund policy will apply:
Cancellations made before July 1st. 2024 are eligible for a full refund, minus sign up fee.
Cancellations made between July 1st. 2024 and August 1st. 2024 will receive a 50% refund, minus sign up fee.
Cancellations made after August 10th. 2024 days are not eligible for a refund.
Be aware that a participant will loose their spot at ‘Himalayan Soul Retreat’ if payment is not transferred on time.
Cancellation by Organizer:
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment, participants will receive a full refund of any fees paid. Anna will also work with participants to find a suitable alternative if they wish.
Refund Process:
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to Anna’s email: annawackerhealing@gmail.com
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date the request is received.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Exceptions:
No full refund after August 10th. 2024 will be made, and neither will refund of sign up fee. Yet in cases of medical emergencies or other extraordinary circumstances, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis to assess if an exception can be made.
Please note that any accommodation or travel expenses incurred by participants are not covered by our refund policy and are the responsibility of the individual.
